COVID-19 Studio Update
As of July 1st 2020, the photo studio has re-opened as part of the Phase 4 plan laid out by the state of Illinois and the City of Chicago.
I am excited to be re-opening the studio and allowing clients back into our wonderful space! We want you to feel comfortable and look your best while we follow new guidelines and policies to keep everyone safe. Along with ensuring that you have a great experience and are thrilled with your photos, keeping you and our staff healthy and safe is a top priority. With that being said we are adhering to the following guidelines below:
We are operating by appointment only. Scheduling has been staggered to allow us time to sanitize the space between clients. Group size is highly limited as well. We still support clients that would like to bring guests, however we ask that clients bring no more than one (1) guest that is not being photographed until conditions improve. Exceptions made with prior approval only and at the sole discretion of the photographer.
All staff is taking daily temperature and symptom checks. Anybody experiencing symptoms will be asked to stay home pending a test result. If it interferes with a scheduled session, the client will be contacted and accommodations will be made.
All clients and guests must sanitize/wash hands with soap and water immediately upon arrival. Mask wearing is required at all times unless you are under the lights being photographed, and the mask must cover your nose and mouth. We reserve the right to stop the session at any time if health guidelines are not being followed.
If you are experiencing any Covid-19 like symptoms, or have been tested positive for Covid-19, please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not come to the studio to tell us in person! This includes cough, sore throat, fever, chills, body aches, loss of smell or taste, nausea, shortness of breath and other symptoms outlined by the CDC. Unless we have to cancel a session due to reasons on the studio's end, deposits are non-refundable for Covid-19 related instances, however we are happy to reschedule your session when you are feeling better and are able to supply a negative test result.
This pandemic has been trying on all of us. And we are pleased to be open for business and supporting you all again. We ask for your support with these new guidelines as we do our part to limit the spread of infection.
